The Art of Moving On...

This is just one of a multitude of interesting characters at a local fair. I used a telephoto lense trying to get a shallow field of view.

    Dirk, I would have cropped to the right but I see that your suggestion is so much better. This is such a strong portrait, even if nothing was done to it. Great work, Radomir. Helen

    Thanks for the comment, Dirk. I'll think about it, although can't see how adding more of the "lost space" to the right would improve the image.

    would crop away the left side to bring the head out of the center ...

    better would have been to do this by moving the camera ... there doesn't really happen so much behind his head so that it seems to be "lost space" for me ...

    by doing this while shooting his look would have had some space to travel through ...
