Nepal - Mustang

Im Garten der Lodge von Nisa konnten wir unsere Zelte aufschlagen. Die Lodgebezeichnung "Chez Nisa" kommt wohl daher, dass relativ viele Franzosen in diese Region kommen. In der Lofge und in ihrer Küche war es sehr gemütlich und wir sind gut versorgt worden.

Richtig gedacht, ist nicht gestellt :)

Morgens: Dhaal Bhat
Mittags: Dhaal Bhat
Abends: rate mal - richtig, Dhaal Bhat

Dhaal Bhat ist Reis mit Linsen, dazu gibt es dann schon mal etwas Gemüse oder wenn vorhanden ein wenig Fleisch. Schmeckt übrigens sehr gut, nur nach 4 Wochen Dhaal Bhat reicht es dann irgendwann :)

Ein schon fast intimer Einblick in nepalesisches Alltagslebem, der durch die vorhandene Lichtstimmung sehr reizvoll wirkt.
