noch mal durch die Altstadt von Tanger spaziert sind , stand dort mitten auf einem Platz ein riesen großer Suppentopf und viele Menschen mit kleinen Schüsseln in der Hand . Als wir dichter dran waren sahen wir das sie mit ganz kleinen Gabeln die Schnecken aus ihren Häuschen pulten . Leider fehlte uns zum Kosten etwas Mut .....

Besser so, obwohl lang gekochtes kaum schaden kann. Fotografisch schmeckts jedenfalls gut;-)
