I like the different lengths of the buildings since they decrease in height from the (almost) in the golden cut tallest building to the lower ones at the left and right.
I would consider taking away the boat at the front, though it brings a little live into the scene. The cool color temperature fits into my thoughts (may be prejudices) about Tokyo city lights.
