As to me, this landscape looks disquieting... maybe because of two centres of the attention. What do you think about it?

A good composition once more. The high horizon and the road which disappears in the background give a very good impression of the vastness of the country. But without the tree as an significant and true eyecatcher, the picture would be but half so interesting.

Agree with Sabine, the tree, the road and the person make very nice fluend line according to which one's eye moves over the picture towards the village.

Nothing wrong with this composition.

This image caught my eye, among other fine features, just BECAUSE of the tree which work here so well giving the sense of the scale to the entire scene. Gentle, pastele color nuances are also equisite. Great photo!

Leonid, I don´t find the two points of attention distracting. I think they make the shot more interesting and lively.

ME again, Mr.Dombrovsky...I can' t agree with your opinion about this picture's disquitetudeness.. I think , two centers of attention are just two subjects for rumination, that brings to ONE and the same feeling...That's where they reach harmony...And that's what i call A REAL ART...
