In St. Georges hall in Liverpool.
This is the Court room where prisoners were sentenced to death or even shipped abroad to America or Australia.
Times have changed but there are still practices in place today that started in the 1800's.
The wigs, robe and Private chambers for all Judges is still what is expected today from Judges.
