The shape of the building is good. I think you should adjust the contrast as the picture as a whole looks a bit flat and lifeless. It would have been a lot more dramatic to have the clouds in the background more defined than they actually are. Also, it may have been better to have waited until you could see more cloud reflected in the glass - that would have tied up the edges of the picture with the centre.
