Mural Art in Vancouver - here a real trompe l'oeil that fools the eye into believing the scene is real .... the backs of a row of low shops on Grandview Highway - incorporating an old railline.
Eine sehr gute Arbeit zeigst du hier. Das ist das selbe Gebäude von gestern. Wer das Kunstwerk hier auf die Wand gebracht hat, der versteht sein Handwerk!!!!
Wunderbar von dir gezeigt!!!!

Very nice this mural!
The train that sweeps the wall!
These artists are really good and you will have enhanced the work, with this fine service.
Hello IOLe
That looks mighty good.
Here you can combine reality and illusion very well. The two old steam locomotives dash out mighty. One would think they make a race ... The larger has almost reached the (real) rails and is to the final sprint to the finish.

Wow, toll! Würde mich interessieren, wie es durch den Zaun durchfotografiert aussieht, vielleicht verliert es sogar an Wirkung, aber neugierig wär ich trotzdem ;-)
LG monika
Blimey that's amazing!!! From the thumbnail I thought it actually was a locomotive producing clouds of steam! It works because of the real railway line in the forefront and whoever painted the steam did a FABULOUS job, it is such a great picture.

: ))))))))) i'm smiling because i did mistake it for a "real train", when i saw it in the thumb, thinking you'd changed your subject and started a new series! glad to discover you'r still "into" murals! ; )) and what a great one this is!!! your composition with iron fence running through the shot and the steely car racing (or so it seems ; )) the steam engine makes it stand out and shine! hugs, sabine.
