Tolle Aufnahme und schönes Licht! Weißt Du noch, was das für ein Kaktus ist?
Schaut ein wenig wie ein Melocactus aus.

  Dann ist es vermutlich doch ein Echinocactus grusonii (Schwiegermuttersitz) ... diese sind riesig wie ein Sessel. Und das Aussehen passt besser zum hier gezeigten Ausschnitt.
