My View

and my car - from the window as I sit in front of my computer .... the birch is in our front garden, the chestnut trees are lining the street .... taken after a rainfall 10 days ago.

yes, a rare scene when the street is pretty empty ... there were lots of cars parked on this side, but I shot above them :-)))

Dein Blick aus dem Fenster sieht fast genauso aus wie bei uns,
denn auch wir haben große, alte Bäume direkt vor dem Fenster.
Das Einzige, was bei Dir anders ist, liebe Adele, ist die Tatsache,
dass es bei Dir direkt vor der Haustür mehr freie Parkplätze gibt,
oder ist das reiner Zufall? ;-))

Hach, ist das herrlich!!! Eine solch feine und schöne Birke! Dazu eine solch mächtige Kastanie - bist um den Blick zu beneiden! Allerdings machen Birken auch immer sehr viel Arbeit, gell??!?!? ;-)

Must be nice to sit there and gaze out at this peaceful scene, listening to the birds. I can image it in the autumn when the trees start to turn.
