Lemon Day-Lily (also known as Yellow Day-Lily) is a plant native to the cool mountainous areas of China.
It is now cultivated for commercial garden use worldwide.

The lemon-yellow flowers have a sweet scent and make a gorgeous display in the garden from july until end september.
These flowers are edible and are used in Chinese and Japanese cuisine.
