Zebra slot canyon

Unfortunately not sharp, but after being there a few times with deep cold water I decided to go this time. (The water was almost shoulder deep and very cold). Although I brought a tripod (not in a bag, dumb !!) I was not able to take it along because I had to use both my hands, feet and back to move sideways through a very narrow part of this slot to get to this part.
Ending finally up here leaves you in a breathtaking scenery. I will return here to make a clear sharp image.

    @Albert,

    this shot was taken from the place to where I went. I didn't go any further as it didn't show I could go any further. But apparently you did and saw a more beautiful sight. Curiuos as to what you come up with. It's sure is a place you need to see with your own eyes.

    Hi Henk,

    seen this pic today first time in your portfolio.
    I´ve been there in June 2007 and it was dry! Did you climb the slot behind this session? After a little difficult work to come up, the zebra is most amazing and there are more moquis in the walls. Sorry for my english, hope you understand.

    However the sharpness is, the picture is very impressive. I like this area too.

    @Birgit,

    you're right that's a mqui marble, On the way to this slot several marble can be found, and in the canyon walls too.
    If you know where the moqui marbles are then it's not too hatd to understand why they are found here too.

    Da hast du ja einiges auf dich genommen, um uns solche Ansichten zu bieten - danke! Es gefällt mir auch trotz der leichten Unschärfe.
    Es sieht fast so aus, als ob links eine Moqui Marble im Stein steckt.
    LG Birgit

    Einfach toll - leider hatte ich selbst zu viel Angst, da rein zu gehen (wegen des Wassers).
