Después del 11 de Septiembre los Estados Unidos promulgaron una ley, todas las facilidades portuarias deberán ser resguardadas con cámaras, guardias de día y noche, toda carga proveniente de X países será revisada por el FDA local ( código ISPS) ..así murió el romanticismo de poder subir cuando se te antoje a una nave...Buena captura y no es un picado:))
