Girovagando tra le meraviglie della capitale
Piazza di Spagna e la particolarissima fontana, detta la barcaccia. La fontana è stata progettata e costruita nel1628 da Pietro Bernini ed, in seguito, completata dal figlio Gian Lorenzo, su commissione del Papa Urbano VIII.
Da notare la limpidezza delle acque, color smeraldo, ricche di ferro, che lasciano una luminosa colorazione arancio sui marmi bianchi.

Wandering among the wonders of the capital
Spanish Steps and the unique fountain, known as the old tub. The fountain was designed and built by Pietro Bernini nel1628 and, later completed by his son Gian Lorenzo, commissioned by Pope Urban VIII.
Note the clear waters, emerald, rich in iron, leaving a bright orange color on white marble.
