So Many Boats .... in the Ushuaia Harbour

We could not help but wonder what would happen to all the little boats in the Winter - cannot imagine it being that calm at "the end of the world".

Das wirkt sehr friedlich, aber was mag mit diesen "Nußschalen" passieren, wenn hier das Meer ein ganz anderes Gesicht zeigt?

from this point of view the town looks almost idyllic – so snug against those coastal hills and with the pretty snowcapped mountain in the back! but i'm sure they're using their boats to get "out of there" and to the tropical north as soon as wintertime begins ; ))… love the detail of the tiny pink house and its reflection close to the right edge of the picture! hugs, sabine.
