*no little europe*
Supper, some days ago.
These are the best minutes of the day:
all of us sitting around the charcoal stoves, talking, laughing, eating (with fingers only mostly!)...
here some kids and adults are missing, some were in the kitchen or whatever others were in holidays. Mostly we are like 10-15 people...
Even though, some of us are Bazungu (Whites) we did not introduce too much european way, since the african way is a nice one... But still, we have an indoor kitchen (rarely used) nice living room, DSTV etc, but the ugandan life is outside. Inside is sleeping only...

@Stani: wie wir das finanzieren?-wir arbeiten, wenn auch für klägliche Gehälter... kein Sponsorship oder so, falls Du das meinst. Wir leben einfach, was wir glauben, dass Sinn macht... -dem Nächsten die Hand geben...!
Dafür gibt es eben nur ab und an Käse und Wurst, und Steak nur, wenn Freunde aus noch abgelegeneren Gegenden kommen, dafür viel Maisbrei und rote Bohnen (Proteine! 2x am Tag) und Urlaub eigentlich nur, wenn er fremd finanziert wird... ;-) aber das Leben entschädigt i.A. auch sehr hier...!
