It is really my passion for wildlife that led me to photography, while my interest has now expanded to encompass other aspects of photography as well, my main focus is still on wildlife. I have little in the form of technical knowledge, so I am afraid I will not be able to offer much constructive criticism, I am only beginning to learn about these aspects at the moment, one of the main reasons I joined this site actually.
I have two cameras, a Nikon F55, my first SLR which I bought when I realised my camera was woefully inadequate for wildlife photography and a digital Canon Rebel XTI, which I finally splashed out on when I realised in the long run the costs of millions of rolls of film that I would spend on wildlife photography would eventually probably cost me more- and at least with a digital I knew straight away if I messed up or not without spending a week anticipating what I thought at the time to be a brilliant shot only to be disappointed.
