yesterday in whitehorse
squatter’s shacks lined the west bank of the yukon river for a couple of miles in downtown whitehorse but by the turn of the century they were all gone – including the one in the picture above – to make way for manicured lawns and paved walkways in shipyard’s park.
to beautify the city.
