It reminds me of the story of the king with a soard above his hread, The good and evil, Funny how it continues to get more and more dangerous.

a "clean energy" they used to say. a clean killer it is, too! without wearing a geiger counter, you wouldn't even know what hit you… that "nuclear shadow" in the back sure would spoil the bathing fun for me… just imagine the waste going in the water! "no waste! perfectly safe!" authorities will say, and of course we all trust them, wearing our geiger counters round our necks ; ) and building our castles in the air… err, sand! ; ) greetings, sabine.

Doomsday machines they are.. I always feel uneasy and unconfortable when I spot them.
Terrific contrast to the happy beach life scene.

A lovely beach area, a place to be with the kids and have fun..........and then you see what is on the horizon. We all have such places and are told how 'good; they are, creating energy for the human race to enjoy.......but what about the dangers the pose.......what about all the radioactive waste.........and worst of all, what about all the dreadful weaponry that nuclear pwoer helps to produce.
Is this good for the human race or is it just another way for the ;Fat cats' to get even fatter and richer.
.....but what price those riches.....and what good if the world is blown to smitherines................

A good and very thought provoking picture and text Ken.

    :))
