I don't know how you made this picture, but the overall impression is like something that was taken a long long time ago (old fashion look). The face is a bit different to the rest of the picture, so I don't know if you have done any PP to make it like this. Also the light falloff is very strong in the edges. Maybe it would get the old look even more with some sepia?Sorry if I'm totally off on the comments, but I have a bit problems to understand your intention with this image.
