When Bubbles Go to Her Head

While walking the streets in Naples, it became clear to me that the Bubbly and Italian women in Naples can be a highly dangerous thing where the combustion factor will make her loose her head. I'm not sure if this is a good thing. I was just getting use to pasta and some Italian words. If anything. The idea of self expression goes further than I had thought. Now I wonder if the "Bitter Rise is really Sweet Rise"., and a frog can become a prince with just a little champaign.

Like the Spanish and Italians, Portuguese people can be very efusive and expressive also... Normaly in old communities or local ones, the tradicions are maintained througth the years, like their persons.
Excelent photo, capturing very well the spirit :-)
