This rock was out a ways.....

.... from the beach at Sandsend England at low tide, I am curious as to what the white crystal formation is, maybe a fossil or something???

these white stripes are Quartz crystals, coming from hydrothermal processes in former times. It's interesting, because it is a evidence for finding gold in the same place

I think that you would need a geologist or some such person to tell you what this is Den, but there are places along this coast where fossils can be found in the rocks. Well taken.... and no doubt we were all waiting for you yet again :))))))
