  It was a nice scene - in which the sky and the water managed to seem quite the same.
  I was pleased to compose the three items as a triangle.
  The buildings are the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf - where tens of thousands of people work in banking and finance.
  Between them and the boat are the structures of the Thames barrier - whose gates close if there is ever a storm-surge - in order to protect the City of london from flooding.
  So now you know.
