A very well composed and executed long exposure photo !
I like especially the exposure management and the extra light on the foreground. Not much to improve, I think : I would maybe have positioned the metallic structure a bit more on the left (to get a more decentered perspective) and ideally lit the end of the structure too (but I can imagine it is almost impossible to do...)

A night photography of high technical quality. One thing I would have done different is to arrange the decayed landing stage in another way: more to the left to improve the Golden Ratio. Would be worth a try.

  Matthias, thank you very much for your feedback, I appreciate it. In this photo the pier and the bottom of the sea is lighten from a street lamp behind. I'll upload in a time some photos from this point in natural light... Indeed, the result is very different.
