The great Grand Canyon

Der Grand Canyon National Park ist eines der größten Naturwunder der Erde. 1979 wurde er in die UNESCO- Weltnaturerbe-Liste aufgenommen. Die atemberaubende bis 1,6 km tiefe und insgesamt 446 km lange Schlucht, die der Colorado River in Millionen Jahren hier geschaffen hat, wartet nur darauf erkundet zu werden.
