The Frozen World (5)
This is an observation cabin for waterbird watching. Now and then the cabin is completely flooded by water (in this case ice), as you can see in the picture.
The shot of the Mute Swans (see below) was made out of this cabin.
Location : Nature reserve ‘Walenhoek’ at Niel (Belgium)

no waterbirds to be seen with the lake frozen....wonder where they all go to.....the warm colors of the hide make great contrast with the white cold view !!!!!
