Everything is "just right" in this shot: the layers of waves, hard vs. soft lines, the atmospheric clouds and last but not least the tiny person defying the elements. B/W rounds all this up and heightens the effect. Congratulations KathrynRay Steinberg 04/10/2007 4:04

This photo works! I'm not smart enough enough to know WHY it works, but it does ...Did you ever see an old movie called "Endless Summer" (1970's I think)? One of my favorite movies. This reminds me of that film.
