Supreme Court Columns, Steps, Fountain - from 'Scenes of Washington Summer'
The late day sunshine on a July afternoon bathes the upper reaches of the building's
columns in a warm golden glow, while the fountain provides complimentary cool notes.
The photo, taken in 2019, makes its first appearance on this First Monday
in October, which is the day the court opens its session each year.
