It is well composed, you have a good viewpoint, and black and white suits the subject. Unfortunately I'm not a railway enthusiast so I find it a bit dull and uninteresting.
I have the same problem when I photograph cars, which I do like. A stationary car, on its own, makes for an unintersting image. Put somebody in it, or working on it, and you have a much better picture. Better still is to photograph it in motion, in a way that makes it obvious that it is moving.
A special effect added in post processing can help, if you like that sort of thing. I've posted a couple of processed car images, if you care to have a look.
