Souphen
In Ocktober 2006, this picture was my contribution to exibition "Food Portraits" in The Odense Photo Trinniale.
In Danish supermarkets you can buy frozen hens, called souphens, which can be cooked for soup. This is my fantasy on this theme.

great picture,we are sitting here for ten minutes already, wondering how you got it standing without falling backwards. frozen stiff?
