Hi Chris!Good perspective and colors, the reflection on the board is great!
But some things I think you should try out: Cutting the upper third would set the face out of the center, giving more impact to the picture. The sky is -sorry- boring and not necessary. You can also try to enhance the colors and contrasts by using "curves". OK, I don't know if you have the possibility and don't know either if that really would improve the picture, but it would be worth trying. AND: don't compress your pictures too hard, you just uploaded in a file-size of 27kB while you can use 130! With such a hard compression you allways loose quality...
OK, much critics but as I said, I like this picture...
