I have been in W.A. for just on thirty years, so we are now "Fairdinkums" are

I will give you a little tip, I you want to come up for a few days just off the
bitumen, for some great outdoor shots, just hitch a ride on a coke truck
bound for Karratha. Ha ha ha.
I shall be waiting on the morrow for new shots from down south.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments, the back story to this is:My daughter was being cheeky, Mum asked me to use a soft focus so she would look good :-) my daughter suggested that I kept the lens cap on - I took the reaction shot!

b+w is nice and the situation on the pic too ;-)what I miss is: why the child is laughing. I think its better if the observer have more information of the situation. more details.
