Sky vista in the early morning near Phongsali northeast of Laos
At an morning on the way down to the Ou river we'd the pleasure to see an amazing spectacle of clouds performances.
The lower clouds were forming like an ocean and the upper clouds built an other sheet. Between to levels opens the mountain range of the Phongsali province and the Phou Fa (the highest Sky Mountain of the province).
