It's always interesting how we "see ourselves" as compared to how others see us.
On a self - portrait, the true meaning of what our life is about, comes out, "The inside looking out."
On a portrait, that others take of us, It only shows what we are like in that moment that they snap the image.
"The outside trying to look in."
