Sapphire dragon tree
This is the flower of a sapphire dragon tree, a tree that is native to Taiwan, eastern China and Japan.
It’s a deciduous species and bears many large violet flowers in spring.
Dutch name : Anna Paulownaboom
German name : Blauglockenbaum
Latin name : Paulownia kawakamii
