Sankar
Sankar, at the far south end of Lake Inle, is the limit to go for tourists. It takes about 2 hours by boat from Nyaungshwe. It is a very pleasant journey , most tourists don't venture here. Trips to Sakar are arranged by the Pa-O collective,for information and booking go to Golden Island Cottages.
