Red-shouldered hawk
This bird was down in someone's yard. My first assumption is a car crash, but they live nowhere near a road (lucky ducks). As I examined the bird, I felt something very hard down between the legs and it turned out that this beautiful bird was egg bound. We did surgery to remove the egg, but she died the next day from the trauma of it all. Bless her heart; another little light has gone off in the heavens.
