Raw Light

The other day I was on 28th street in the flower district waiting to pay for my flowers, I watched the woman filing bills and I wondered what her life is like surrounded by plants full of colors and smells most people never get to experience.
Then she started talking to me, she laughed and said she put on two different pairs of shoes this morning:)).... She told me she and her husband, who owns the shop, never take flowers back into their home. Her statement amazed me, it’s so ironic. Once she was in the hospital, sick, and even then her husband never brought her flowers to her bedside. Her story made me happy and sad, but all I could see is flowers in the morning sunlight.

    Seraphine,
you've just captured the spirit of the thing! IT`S A RAW LITE indeed...
the contrast thru high & low lights has an odd strenght...
