Quantum Fabric
This photograph (0642) was shot in front of the Five Point (bar) near lower Queen Anne on 11 October 2006.
I have cropped it slightly and made a small adjustment to the contrast (+10) and brightness (-10).
No other PS work has been done.

Ruud - Nope. What you see in this picture is the result of camera motion played against a host of bar signs (all the various colors) and some christmas lights (the small yellow lines).
