Hello John.Cor blimey gov, we don't have alligators in Oz nor crocodiles in west Australia.
Snakes we do have, most come out at night to hunt and drink.
The majority that drink in this area are, black head, olive, stimson and pigmy pythons.
Being a licensed herpetofauna keeper, snakes are no problem, they are the only pets I keep at home.
Here is a pet of mine.
Wonderful photograph mate, love the almost uniform droplets.
