    .

Those dots are like summer freckles...not matter what they shall be back next year!

Is it not beautiful that we seem to appreciate beauty when it is particularly 'imperfect'. Brightly shining flowers look so perfect...We do of course appreciate their beauty, but it is nothing compared to the beauty when it starts withering.

Maybe it is a reflex, a carving to get the beautiful out of a process we know will end with death.

it looks like an opulent skirt!! a very beautiful picture with a very sensual looking rose ; )! and you captured it in such lovely light – gentle and golden! the spots on the petals – due to too much rain? ; ) look very picturesque, and the delicate pattern of tiny dewdrops adds an irresistbly cool feel to it! hugs, sabine.

A very lovely rose still - the marks from the rain making a very beautiful pattern as does the remaining dew shining in the early light. Fine image - perfect title!!!
    hugs, Adele
