Oregon-grape
At this time of the year the bright yellow flowers of the Oregon-grape can be admired.
It’s an evergreen shrub native to the North American west coast and is getting more and more popular in European gardens.
Dutch name : Mahoniestruik
German name : Gewöhnliche Mahonie (auch Stechdornblättrige Mahonie genannt)
Latin name : Mahonia aquifolium

Very nice, how bright the yellow flowers shine in the sun light.Because of the dark background, the brightness comes out even better.
