These are the same birds and the same nest as in my picture of 19 May 2025 (see below).

Now, 4 weeks later, you can clearly see that the chicks have already grown quite a bit.

In another 4 weeks they will be able to fly and in August they will already leave on their long flight to Africa.

English name : White stork
Dutch name : Ooievaar
German name : Weissstorch
Latin name : Ciconia ciconia

PS : the local forester told me that the stork mother is already 26 years old....
