Not as famous as other overcrowded National Parks the Natural Bridges National Monument offers majestic natural bridges, also the second largest in the world (only exceeded by well known Rainbow Bridge at Lake Powell).
The trail to the Owachomo Bridge is easy to hike and you can literally feel the monstrous bridge designed by thousands-of-years erosion.
It was worth the trip along Highway 95!
Während das gemeine Touristenvolk brav zum Delicate Arch rennt und abknipst, geht es im Natural Bridges N.M. vergleichsweise geruhsam zu. Liegt ja auch etwas weiter ab.
Aber das ist ein Reisetip! US Highway 95 von Blanding bis nach Hanksville ist eine Zeit wert, wenn man sowieso zum Capitol Reef N.P. will! Wunderschöne, atemberaubende Landschaften!

...eine Aufnahme aus einer perfekten Perspektive.Die weißen Streifen der Wolken fast perfekt im 90 Gradwinkel zu dieser beeindruckenden Naturbrücke.
Ein Foto, das extremes Fernweh hervorruft.

Hallo Matthias,wunderschönes Motiv und wie ich finde sehr schön umgesetzt.
Ausnahmsweise stört der Kondensstreifen nicht, sondern "hilft" hier sogar noch.
