More Fruit
Still playing around with the texturising filter in PS, have gone in with a little more texture on this one to try and create more of a painted effect, especially for Theo, and have included more of the bowl for Jaime.

Overall, I like this very much, the still life composition is great, but I think the oil painting effect would look a little better if the canvas layer had some blur, or something to give the effect of brush strokes...this looks like the still was printed on burlap, or course woven cotton cloth....which is a beautiful effect in its self, but as you mentioned you were trying to get an oil painting look...cheers, and best wishes, denBRYAN CRUTE 13/02/2007 23:23
