I was on an elevated hill looking down at a cross section with a stop light.
first set up your camera at "night shot"
then it has to be dark outside or late in the blue hour,
when light change and there is a number of cars
press your shoot button and move with your camera at the same time until you hear the full release of your shutter. It's a technique that can give quite a few surprises in the results.
