Well composed, good focal plane and enough detail of the sundew to show the fate of the fly.
The curled leaf in the out of focus background could have been removed, possible distraction, but on the whole it works for me.

Nice Macro. Good use of the "Rule of Thirds" too. Exposure, color, and sharpness are good.

Straight and tough,
well composed, extraordinary sharpness.
May be I would have cut the blue shine in the low left corner.
