Les châteaux de Lastours sont quatre châteaux du pays cathare situés dans la commune de Lastours dans le département de l'Aude en région Languedoc-Roussillon. Les quatre châteaux sont construits sur un éperon rocheux au-dessus du village de Lastours, isolés par les profondes vallées de l'Orbiel et du Grésillou.
