A beautiful cat and a good idea to take picture so close. Focus is well set.

I would try to create better light conditions or process the photo afterwards. The photo has a slight yellow color cast.
Also I would try to get another crop. The right ear has been cut at the top and the nice whiskers are cut at the bottom left.

  Thanks for your comments. So the perfect photo of a pet don't have cuts of ears or anything else of the head. It must show all the head?

  It depends on the situation and the composition. Basically I ´d say yes, if you take "perfect" as a benchmark.

  Obrigado. Infelizmente já não está connosco... tinha insuficiência renal e faleceu no fim do ano passado. Mas era muito fotogénica e adorava fotos. Acho que até fazia poses...

  É muito triste...o meu gato anterior ao atual morreu também aos 14 anos com IR, sofreu e fez sofrer muito. Felizmente que a alimentação agora já vem preparada para o PH certo da urina evitando complicações renais.

  Esta infelizmente não viveu tanto tempo. O problema dela era congénito e depois de descoberto ainda durou dois anos... Foi um grande desgosto, muito dinheiro gasto que infelizmente não deu resultado...
