Lieber Charly,auf dem Steig gibt's keine Steinschlaggefahr (betr. Helm), und wirklich schwierig ist er auch nicht (betr. Sicherung) - aber man muss eine richtig gute Kondition mitbringen. Die ist das Hauptproblem, vor allem, wenn man auch noch anspruchsvolles Zusatzgepäck im Rucksack hat.
